Understanding how rule violations are handled in our community
Important Note
Our staff team will always consider context, intent, and your history when making moderation decisions. The severity of punishments may increase for repeat offenses or decrease if there are mitigating circumstances.
Detailed Punishment Information
1
Verbal Warning
A friendly reminder from staff about our rules. No formal record is kept for minor first-time infractions.
Examples:
• Using the wrong channel by mistake • Minor formatting issues when sharing assets • First-time excessive caps use • Forgetting to use code blocks for scripts
2
Official Warning
A formal warning that is recorded in our moderation system. Used for repeated minor issues or moderate first-time offenses.
Examples:
• Ignoring previous verbal warnings • Minor disrespectful comments • Posting low-quality assets repeatedly • Minor spam (3-5 messages in quick succession)
3
Short Timeout
A 10-60 minute restriction from sending messages. You can still read channels but cannot participate temporarily.
A 1-24 hour restriction from sending messages. Applied for more serious violations or repeat offenders.
Examples:
• Disruption after previous timeouts • Sharing potentially harmful scripts • Repeated harassment of members • Attempting to evade filters
5
Kick
Removal from the server, but you can rejoin with an invite. Used when a stronger reset than a timeout is needed.
Examples:
• Repeated rule violations after timeouts • Sharing assets with stolen credits • Disrupting community events • Intentionally sharing broken code to confuse others
6
Temporary Ban
Ban from the server for 1-7 days. Applied for serious violations that harm the community but may not warrant permanent removal.
Examples:
• Continuing violations after kick • Sharing harmful scripts/content • Serious harassment of members • Creating alt accounts to bypass moderation
7
Permanent Ban
Permanent removal from the server with no option to return. Reserved for the most severe violations.
Examples:
• Malicious script sharing intended to harm • Severe harassment or hate speech • Sharing explicit inappropriate content • Doxxing, scamming, or serious ToS violations
Appeals Process
If you believe a moderation action was taken incorrectly or unfairly, you may appeal through our designated appeals channel. For timeouts and kicks, you can message any available moderator. For bans, please contact a server administrator directly.
When appealing, please include:
Your username and the date of the incident
Which rule you were accused of breaking
Why you believe the action was incorrect or too severe
Any evidence that supports your case
How you plan to avoid similar situations in the future
Appeals are reviewed by staff members different from those who issued the original punishment to ensure fairness.
